For J1 visa, I believe that is ECFMG that sponser you but you need to get a letter from MCC for applying to J1 visa. I dont think MCC sponser anybody for visa!
I think best way to find out is thru kaplan. They can tell you more details. but generally, I am going to apply to any program regardless if they give me H1B or not….I think it is better that we keep it just simple! we have enough difficulty already to get it.
Don’t know anything about visas yet. They say H1b is better, because you can
get a GC after, but it is more hassle for the programs and some of them
don’t like it. Not sure though. Do you know somebody who knows more about
it?
